Rescheduling Policy

We understand that life happens! Each client is allowed one reschedule at no charge, provided we receive notice at least 72 hours before the original session date.

To keep our calendar running smoothly, the new date must be confirmed before the original session date and scheduled within 1 month of the original appointment.

If additional reschedules are requested, or if notice isn’t given in time, the session fee or deposit will be forfeited.

We understand that unexpected circumstances may arise, and in those rare cases, we’ll do our best to handle each situation with understanding and flexibility.
